How to access a home care package
Federal Government-funded home care packages, or consumer directed care (CDC) packages, help people live independently, in their own homes, for as long as possible.
At AQ @ Home, we recognise every individual requires a different level of care, which may change over time. We therefore offer flexible care and service packages specifically tailored to you, or your loved one’s needs.
Your bespoke package can also include special items to support you, or your loved one’s needs, such as mobility aids, incontinence aids, home modifications, or even block respite, enabling a carer to attend a special event, or even go on a holiday.

Fees
You may be asked to contribute a basic daily care fee and an income-tested care fee to access AQ @ Home services.
